A bed and breakfast is up for grabs in Maine, to someone who has $125 and a way with words.
“The Inn was built in 1805, the barn on 1795 and the adjacent guest house in 1985,” according to the website. “There are 7 guest units, two dining rooms, and a screened-in wrap-around porch overlooking the mountains, all on 12+- acres.”
Owner Janice Sage told the Press Herald she won the bed and breakfast through a similar contest back in 1993. She wants to offer the same opportunity to someone else.
Sage says she’d like to get at least 7,500 entries, which would earn her $900,000. That’s what a local real estate estate suggested she list the inn for.

Sage told the paper she hopes to announce a winner May 21st. Good luck!
