Just $35 million! What a steal!
The New York Observer is reporting the Ellen Biddle Shipman Townhouse in New York’s fashionable Beekman Place neighborhood was snapped up for a cool $35 million. Shipman is credited with shaping the neighborhood into the exclusive hot spot it is today. And get this… the closing price apparently set a city record for 20-foot wide townhouses, selling at a WHOPPING $4,844 per sq ft!
I don’t expect to be moving in anytime soon.
